Terms and Conditions

1. The Site

Jedi Gaming (https://jedigaming.com) is operated by Jedi Gaming LLC. The Site is a directory of listed game apps, a place to message Sponsor on the channels you already use, and the public face of the Daily Free Coin Promotion. It is not a game host, wallet, bank, or payment processor.

2. Agreement

By using the Site or a listed message channel, you agree to these Terms, the Official Rules, Rules, Customer Acceptance Policy, Privacy Policy, Data Deletion Policy, AMOE Policy, Responsible Play, and Restricted Locations. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

3. Eligibility

You represent that you are 21 or older and that your use is lawful where you are standing. The Site is intended for permitted U.S. locations. You are responsible for knowing local law. Void where prohibited, including in California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, and Washington. 4. License

Sponsor grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to view the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, frame, reverse engineer, or overload the Site, or use it to build a competing directory.

5. Message channels

Sponsor may be reached on Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Signal, email, and any other channel listed on the Site. Those services are operated by third parties with their own terms. Messages you send there may be used to accept you, administer offers, verify identity, and process prize redemption. No single channel is required.

6. Third-party games

Play links open other operators in a new tab. Those sites have their own terms and risks, including connections that may not be encrypted. Sponsor does not host gameplay or hold in-app balances. “Opens another site” means what it says.

7. No payments on this Site

The Site does not accept cards, bank transfers, cash, or cryptocurrency and does not sell coin packages. Promotional coin packages, if any, may be arranged through approved message channels using Cash App, Chime, Bitcoin (BTC), Litecoin (LTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Solana (SOL). Any payment experience you see after leaving is not Sponsor’s checkout. There is no store on this Site.

8. Promotion

Daily free coins, promotional offers, playthrough, prize redemption, and limits are governed by the Official Rules. The Rules page is a summary. Nothing on the Site is a guarantee of a particular outcome. Prize redemption is requested through an approved message channel. The Site has no cash-out interface.

9. Conduct

You will not:

• Impersonate another person or submit forged AMOE or identity documents
• Open more than one customer identity, or use a household to evade a limit or a ban
• Abuse promotions, referral bonuses, or extra promotional-coin offers
• Harass staff or other customers on any channel
• Use bots against the subscribe form, the Site, or message channels
• Attempt to access non-public systems
• Use the Site if you are in a restricted location or under 21

10. Marks

Site design, copy, and the Jedi Gaming wordmark as used here are Sponsor’s materials. Names and art of listed games belong to their owners and are used only to identify those apps.

11. Disclaimer and limitation

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPONSOR DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SPONSOR IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. SPONSOR’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Liability for the Promotion is limited as stated in the Official Rules.

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify Sponsor against claims arising from your misuse of the Site, your misrepresentation of eligibility, your abuse of promotions, or your conduct on third-party apps to the extent caused by you.

13. Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, except for mandatory protections of your state of residence. Exclusive venue for disputes that are not required to stay in your county is the state or federal courts sitting in Delaware, unless a statute requires otherwise.

14. Changes
