Official Rules

Effective August 22, 2026. Jedi Gaming LLC.

The Jedi Gaming Daily Free Coin Promotion and related promotional-coin offers (together, the “Promotion”) are sponsored by Jedi Gaming LLC (“Sponsor,” “we,” or “us”), a Delaware limited liability company. Correspondence: [email protected], the message channels listed on the Site, and 540 Grove Ln, Newark, DE 19711.

These Official Rules incorporate the Rules summary, Customer Acceptance Policy, AMOE Policy, Terms, Privacy Policy, Data Deletion Policy, Responsible Play, and Restricted Locations. If those pages conflict with these Official Rules, these Official Rules control.

2. The Promotion

The Promotion began on August 22, 2026 and continues until Sponsor ends it. Each calendar day in Central Time is a separate daily period, resetting at 00:00.

The Promotion has two parts. First, eligible accepted customers receive a daily allotment of promotional coins in every listed app for which they have an account, consistent with applicable sweepstakes laws. Second, Sponsor may award extra promotional coins through published offers. There is one promotional coin type. Sponsor does not sell coins, Gold Coins, or Sweeps Coins on the Site, and the Site does not host a second wallet.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to natural persons who are 21 years of age or older, physically located in a permitted jurisdiction in the United States at the time of participation, and accepted under the Customer Acceptance Policy. It is void where prohibited, including in California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, and Washington. See Restricted Locations.

The Promotion is void in these U.S. states:

One person may participate once. Multiple identities, households used to evade limits, and play through another person are prohibited. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its agencies, and members of their household, are not eligible unless Sponsor permits it in writing.

4. Daily free coins — no purchase necessary

Eligible accepted customers receive a daily allotment of promotional coins in each listed app for which they have an account. One person, one allotment per listed app per calendar day. Unused allotments do not roll forward unless Sponsor says otherwise. If Sponsor has not published a quantity, the allotment is the quantity actually credited that day for that app.

There are two equal methods to receive the daily allotment:

Method A — Accepted customer. Request acceptance on the Site or through a listed message channel. If accepted, open a listed app during the daily period. Sponsor will cause the daily allotment then in effect to be credited in that app for that person.

Method B — AMOE. Submit a timely mail-in request under the AMOE Policy. AMOE participants receive the same coin quantity and the same rights as Method A for the requested daily period and app. A purchase does not increase chances. A paid message, a subscription, or any payment is not required to receive the daily allotment.

5. AMOE

Complete AMOE instructions, address, limits, and timing are on the AMOE page. Those instructions have equal dignity with Method A.

6. Promotional offers

Extra promotional coins may be available in addition to the daily allotment. Current offers are described on the Offers page. Unless Sponsor publishes different terms for a specific offer:

  • Welcome offer. New accepted customers may receive 100% extra promotional coins on their first promotional coin package.
  • Daily extras. The first promotional coin package of a calendar day may include 25% extra promotional coins. The second may include 10% extra.
  • Referral bonus. If someone you refer completes identity verification and then completes a purchase, you may receive a referral bonus in promotional coins in the amount then published on the Offers page.
  • Extra promotions. Sponsor may offer additional promotional-coin bonuses from time to time based on payment method or listed app. Published methods include Cash App, Chime, Bitcoin (BTC), Litecoin (LTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Solana (SOL). For example, an extra bonus may apply on a given day when a listed-app operator is featuring that app.

Promotional offers are not required to receive the daily free-coin allotment. Abuse of offers is prohibited under Section 13.

7. Nature of coins

Promotional coins are credits issued for play in listed apps. They are not transferable, not heritable, and not an ownership interest in Sponsor. They are not a bank deposit, security, or stored-value product sold by Sponsor. They have prize value only if redeemed under Section 9.

8. Playthrough

Promotional coins must be played through at least once (1×) before they may be submitted for prize redemption.

For promotional play — including welcome extras, daily extras, referral bonuses, and other promotional-coin packages — coins submitted for redemption must be at least two times (2×) the promotional coins received in that package. Coins that do not meet this multiple are not eligible for redemption.

9. Prize redemption

Promotional coins awarded from play may be submitted for prize redemption. Available prizes may include cash, subject to eligibility, identity verification, playthrough, the limits in Section 10, tax documentation Sponsor reasonably requires, and applicable law.

The Site has no cash-out, withdraw, or payment interface. Request redemption through an approved message channel listed on the Site. Sponsor will confirm eligibility and complete or decline the request. Sponsor may decline a redemption that would violate law or these Official Rules.

10. Limits

  • One daily free-coin allotment per person per listed app per calendar day in Central Time.
  • Maximum prize redemption is three hundred U.S. dollars ($300) per person per calendar day in Central Time.
  • The maximum redeemable promotional coins from a single win is three thousand (3,000). Any promotional coins above that amount are forfeited and have no prize value.

11. Verification

To receive promotions or redeem prizes, Sponsor may require legal name, date of birth, residential address, a government photo ID, and a live selfie. Sponsor may require that verification when promotional coins are issued, rather than only at redemption. Failure to complete verification is a basis to withhold coins, refuse an offer, or decline redemption.

12. Third-party apps

Sponsor does not operate the listed game apps and does not host gameplay. Those operators have their own terms, privacy notices, and systems. Play links leave this Site. A dispute about an app feature is first with that operator. Sponsor administers the Promotion and customer support, and will reasonably assist accepted customers with allotments and redemptions Sponsor controls.

13. Conduct

Sponsor may withhold coins, refuse acceptance, refuse redemption, or end support if, in Sponsor’s reasonable judgment, a person is ineligible; uses bots, scripts, or bulk entry; forges AMOE; misrepresents identity or location; opens multiple identities; abuses promotions or bonus offers; harasses staff; or tampers with the Site or Promotion. Bonus abuse will not be tolerated.

14. Privacy

Information is handled under the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Policy.

15. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor is not liable for late, lost, or misdirected mail; listed-app outages; or errors outside its reasonable control. THE PROMOTION AND SITE ARE PROVIDED AS IS. Sponsor’s aggregate liability arising from the Promotion will not exceed the value of the daily allotments actually due to that person for the seven days before the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars ($50), whichever is greater.

16. Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protections of your state of residence still apply. Exclusive venue for disputes that are not required to stay in your county is the state or federal courts sitting in Delaware, unless a statute requires otherwise. Sponsor will keep Promotion records as required by law.

17. Changes

Sponsor may modify or end the Promotion for any lawful reason. Changes apply going forward and will be posted with a new effective date. The Promotion is void where prohibited.
