1. Controller

2. What we collect

• Name, email address, and optional phone number
• Date of birth, residential address, and location representations
• Government photo ID and a live selfie when we verify identity for promotions or redemption
• Consent flags (email opt-in, SMS opt-in), source page, and timestamps
• Messages you send on Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Signal, email, or Intercom
• Offer interest, listed-app accounts you tell us about, and redemption requests
• Technical logs: IP address, user agent, and security events on Cloudflare
• AMOE contents if you mail a request (name, address, date of birth, email, requested app)

We do not collect payment card numbers on the Site. We do not operate a coin store on the Site. Listed-app operators and payment services you use after leaving the Site are independent controllers of whatever you give them.

3. Why we use it

• Decide Customer Acceptance and administer the daily free-coin allotment
• Deliver promotional offers, including welcome extras, daily extras, and referral bonuses
• Verify identity when promotional coins are issued and when prizes are redeemed
• Process prize redemption and any tax documentation the law requires
• Send the emails you requested, and texts only if you opted in
• Answer support messages on any listed channel
• Prevent fraud, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, and ineligible entry
• Meet legal duties and keep sweepstakes records

We do not sell personal information as that term is used in the California Consumer Privacy Act.

4. Processors and other parties

Cloudflare hosts the Site and the subscribe function. Intercom may store contacts, messenger conversations, and email delivery. They process data on our instructions. Data may be stored in the United States.

Message apps you choose (Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Signal) are independent services. Listed game operators are independent controllers of accounts you open with them.

5. Cookies and local storage

The Site does not require an advertising cookie wall. Intercom, if enabled, may set cookies or local storage to run Messenger. We do not use that storage to sell your information.

6. Email and SMS

Email marketing requires your checkbox and a confirmation link we send to that inbox. We do not add you to Intercom or send promotional email until you tap that link. SMS requires a phone number and a separate checkbox. Consent is not a condition of receiving the daily free-coin allotment or of any purchase. Email: use the unsubscribe link or write to us. 7. Retention and security

We keep contact, consent, identity, and Promotion records while you are an accepted customer and for a reasonable period after, unless you ask us to delete and no exception applies. Identity images are kept only as long as needed for verification, fraud prevention, or law. We use HTTPS on this Site and limit staff access. No method of transmission is perfectly secure.

8. State privacy rights

Depending on your state, you may have the right to know, access, correct, delete, and appeal. Submit a request at [email protected] or through a listed message channel. We will verify you. Authorized agents must show authority. We will not discriminate for exercising a privacy right.

9. Children

The Site and Promotion are for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe we have, write to [email protected].
