Data Deletion Policy

1. How to ask

Send a deletion request by:

• Email to [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion”
• A listed message channel (Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Signal, or Intercom)
• First-class mail to Jedi Gaming LLC, 540 Grove Ln, Newark, DE 19711

Include the email or phone you used with us. We will verify that you are the customer. An authorized agent must show signed authority.

2. Timing

We acknowledge within ten days and complete within forty-five days, or sooner if a state law that applies to you requires a shorter outer limit. If we need more time for a permitted reason, we will say why and when we expect to finish.

3. What we delete

• Contact records we control (email, phone, message-channel handles)
• Messenger threads we control, except a stub needed for the exceptions below
• Marketing and SMS consent flags (they become “not opted in”)
• Subscribe-form source notes that are not needed for a legal hold
• Identity images we no longer need for verification, fraud prevention, or law

4. What we may keep

We may retain, minimized and time-limited:

• Fraud, bonus-abuse, and multi-accounting records
• AMOE envelopes and fulfillment notes required to show a sweepstakes was administered
• Prize-redemption and tax records if a redemption occurred
• Information we must keep under a legal hold or a statute of limitation

Asking us to delete your record ends future daily allotments and offers we control. It does not cancel a listed-app account you opened with another operator.

5. Partner apps we do not operate

Deleting your Jedi Gaming record does not erase accounts inside listed apps. Those operators are separate. On request, we will point you to the play URL you used so you can ask that operator to delete their copy.

6. Marketing without deletion

You may stop emails and texts without deleting your customer record. Use unsubscribe, reply STOP, or write to [email protected].

7. Appeal

If we deny a deletion in whole or in part, we will say why. You may appeal once by writing “Deletion appeal” to [email protected]. We will answer the appeal within forty-five days.
